Praesta in Ireland

Formerly known as The Change Partnership Ireland, Praesta Ireland is the leading executive coaching organisation in Ireland. Through our membership of Praesta International we are also operating at the leading edge of executive coaching standards and practice. Starting with four coaches we took on our first clients in spring 2002 and have continued to grow our client base annually since. We now have seven trained and experienced coaches and business development support resources.

All our coaches have a broad range of experience by both function and commercial sector and have operated at managing director or senior director level in major international companies.

Our client list includes the major public and private sector organisations in Ireland. It has expanded rapidly in the last few years with growth in client numbers coming not only from large organisations but also today from the medium and small business sectors. The majority of our clients are chief executives and others are senior directors or head of functions in large and medium sized businesses.
