Since 1999, from our offices near to the centre of European Union affairs, we have coached clients of many nationalities throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, who work in public service, some of Europe’s biggest listed and private companies and in professional service firms.
A lot of our work is with senior executives near the top of large complex, global organisations. Whilst most of what we do is coaching individuals, we also coach and facilitate senior teams.
At this level, personal behaviour and business effectiveness are closely linked. With substantial senior business or organisational experience ourselves, we can understand the client’s situation, and seek to bring simplicity, balance and focus to the issues faced. Success for us is to see the client succeed; both for their organisations and in the more personal objectives they may set.
